Choro Trail 4 Days 3 Nights

One of the most incredible descend by an Inca trail well preserved, the trail will take you through the primary rain forest with unforgettable views combining the history from Incas´s culture and ingineering, the control of the ecological floors and the subtropical area will surprise you on your arrival to Coroico, a very nice small-town at 1.720 m famous for its sub-tropical climate at the top of Uchumachi hill. Day 1.- Departure from La Paz to La Cumbre by car for 1 ½ hrs, this is the hiest altitude, descending after 6 hrs. walking until Challapampa (Camping). Day 2.- Trekking for 6 hrs. from Challapampa to San Francisco looking for diversity of birds and exotic flowers, hanging bridges wide rivers and amazing waterfalls (Camping). Day 3.- Trekking for 7 hrs. from San Francisco to Chairo at 1000 a.s.l crossing Sandillani well know as the Japanese house who lives as a farmer and made of this place an scenary where every visitant wants to join the experience of delightful stay. After trekking until Chairo, we take a car to Coroico for 2 hrs. aprox, where is recommended to stay because its peaceful and warmer weather. Day 4.- Back to La Paz 3 hrs. by car.
